Buhner Herbal Lyme Core Protocol - Suggested Products and Price List

Okay, I'm back again, after hours on the computer last night. I tried to re-organize the basic Buhner Protocol into an easy-to-read, easy-to-follow and easy-to-order format. I know many of you lymies are brain fogged at times . . .

If there are questions or help that any of you need comment here.

***July 23, 2014 Update***
I am updating this report to now include the prices and sources for bulk powdered herbs. It turns out to be a lot cheaper to buy some of the herbs in bulk. If you are able to handle the herbs and the way they taste, you can just mix the appropriate amounts in water or some other liquid. Some folks choose to buy bulk powders and empty OO capsules and fill them up with a capsule making machine - this is also a cheaper way to do it usually. Also, some prefer bulk powders so as not to have so many gelatin capsules having to be digested by the gut.

First I will give the info and pricing for pre-made capsules. Below that, I will include the bulk info.

Here is the info and pricing if you want to buy already made capsules:
As will be seen below, it costs about $113.91 per month to do the Buhner Protocol for 6 months, using the sources I have listed. In trying to simplify it for anyone who wants to follow this protocol, I have broke down the actual cost into a per month ordering schedule and also have included how much to buy all 6 months at one time.

Cat's Claw
4 caps 3x a day = 12 caps a day.
360 caps a month.
1.5 bottles a month @ $6.99 = $10.48 a month.
Or

2,160 caps for 6 months.
9 bottles @ $6.99 = $62.91.

Sarsaparilla
4 caps 3x a day = 12 caps a day.
360 caps a month.
6 bottles @ $1.99 = $11.94 a month.
Or

2,160 caps for 6 months.
36 bottles @ $1.99 = $71.64.

Eleuthero Root
2 caps 2x a day = 4 caps a day.
120 caps a month.
1 bottle @ $3.49 = $3.49.

Or

720 caps for 6 months.
6 bottles @ $3.49 = $20.94.

Japanese Knotweed (Resveratrol is NOT the same thing!!)
4 caps 3x a day = 12 caps a day.
360 caps a month.
3.6 bottles a month @ $24 = $88 a month.

Or

2,160 caps for 6 months.
22 bottles @ $24.00 = $528.

In summation, if you are ordering every month, here is what to order:
From Swanson:
- 2 bottles of Cat's Claw @ $6.99 = $13.98.
- 6 bottles of Sarsaparilla @ $1.99 = $11.94.
- 1 bottle Eleuthero @ $3.49 = $3.49.

From Green Dragon Botanicals:
- 4 bottles Japanese Knotweed @ $24 = $96

If you want to order enough for all 6 months, then order the following:

From Swanson:
- 9 bottles of Cat's Claw @ $6.99 = $62.91
- 36 bottles of Sarsaparilla @ $1.99 = $71.64
- 6 bottles of Eleuthero @ $3.49 = $20.94

From Green Dragon Botanicals:
- 22 bottles of Japanese Knotweed @ $24.00 = $528
